2. About Warranty
We offer a two-year official warranty for our laptops. If there is any damage, you can send the product to the nearest local service center (For Russian customers: "We have a local service center in Moscow to provide fast repairs.), or we will send you the parts for free, and you can easily install them yourself (rest assured, we will provide installation videos). However, if the damage is caused by human error or external force, you will need to pay an additional repair fee.

3. About Windows System, Language, and Office
The laptop comes with an original genuine Windows 11 Home, supporting over 100 languages. The default language is English, but the buyer can easily set their preferred local language (including Russian, Korean, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, German, Italian, Polish, Hebrew, and Japanese).
The system comes with genuine Office 2021 or 2024 pre-installed. Simply log in with a Microsoft account upon startup, and the system will automatically activate. (Note: For Russian customers, due to specific reasons, if Office does not activate automatically, please contact the seller for assistance with activation.)

4. Keyboard Layout
The original keyboard comes in either Russian or English layout. For Russia, we will by default ship the Russian keyboard (if you have any special requests, please contact us).
